    I purchased the item two weeks ago. It didn't arrive and I was informed it was damaged in transit by evri. I've had to open a case with eBay as I've still not received the refund I requested. Disappointed and won't buy from seller again.

    Dear Debbie,Please accept our apologies. We have been significantly short staffed, and since Monday last week we have been training a new staff member & your refund request unfortunately slipped through the net. Ebay have issued your refund. Sadly, the damage to your parcel, resulting in it not being delivered was out of our hands. This happens in less than 1 in 500 orders & as a small business of only 2 full time & 1 part time team it is beyond our control. Once again please accept our apology
