    Didn’t come in the box like the photo shows but the ink works and it’s doing its job so…. Positive experience. Just not a perfect one, I’d give it an A. The item came 1 day early which was nice however the tracking number was meaningless to this transaction. (Tracking number still indicates that I haven’t received the item). The packaging was done well. Seller definitely knows how to properly safeguard his shipments. Would purchase from again.

    I contacted the seller worried about some issues ive had with USPS as well as packaging concerns that the item may arrive damaged. The seller went above and beyond to make my item arrive safe and sound!! Item quality and condition is LIKE NEW. Appearance is as mentioned- PRECISE!!     Item is new in sealed bag & will fit my printer. I have not used it yet because I'm waiting to use up all remaining ink in my current cartridge. Seller was very fast in processing & shipping. It It's exactly as described. I have no complaints & will re-order from this seller again.

    A+ seller, the printer cartridges arrived quick. I did have an issue and I emailed the seller they responded immediately and took care of the problem. They are quick to respond and go above and beyond to take care of the customer. I will definitely buy from this company again
