    Item was described as “used”, but it was actually in “as new” condition, and for a fraction of the cost if I had bought it new. The post office kind of mangled up the box it was shipped in, but I was happy to discover that the item was not damaged whatsoever (whew!) I’m thrilled with this purchase, and highly recommend this seller!

    Seller made the issue right by offering a partial refund and stated that she did not send package in that condition. Was very pleasant and easy to work with and responded very quickly. Would definitely work with this seller again

    A++++++ love the rabbit!! Don't know rare this rabbit really is but it is cute!! Seller is a really fast shipper and really nice to work with. Packing was done very well so the rabbit was not broken. It was as described as seller stated!!

    The item is as advertised. All Item DVD discs accounted for and played successfully in my region-free blu-ray player. The Seller shipped the item quickly. The Seller packaged the item such that it was received without damage. I would buy from this Seller again.
