  Not happy with dispatch time, ordered on the 22nd May no tracking until the 28th May arrived the 2nd June, very unhappy as this coffee not available locally so had to do without my favorite coffee for nearly two weeks. Good communication apologised profusely when I questioned dispatch time but still took 12days from order to delivery

  I did not receive the item I purchased, says it has been delivered but I do not have it and the tracking says I am putting in the wrong postcode, so there has clearly been an error sellers end. Contacted seller, initially seemed helpful, but they didn't follow up, so I had to chase them, they then said they issued a refund which I have not received. Well over a month later, I do not have the item I ordered and I have lost nearly £30. Totally unacceptable.

  I ordered before reading the feedback......... I must say that it was a pleasure to buy from this company. Arrived very quickly, well packaged. Kept informed of delivery. Exactly as I was expecting and cheaper than anyone else. Well done......a credit to Ebay and a 5 🌟seller. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a easy and pleasant transaction. 👍😁
