  I wanted them shipped no earlier than Oct 12, 2024 since I was out of town and returned very late Oct 13th and they were on the porch soaked box due to storms we had while out of town. Negative mark there, they did not listen to my note. Item arrived wet, box damaged, item "new" as described. Poor communications. I'd say borderline neutral/positive with this "seller". I won't use them again.

  I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, you never relayed that message to me that you wanted them shipped out later. In the future, you should let sellers know that if you want something shipped out later, you should send them a message. Also, I have no control over how they're left at your house once they do ship out. So, unfortunately, they got wet, but that's not under my control..

  This regards a shirt. A gray Van Heusen shirt with 20 inch collar and "34/35" sleeves. The shirt is pretty good. It looks as described and as the photos show. it was packaged well enough and shipped pretty fast. So, excellent transaction. A+!
