The only minor hiccup was that I only received one plug initially. Having contacted the seller and sent requested photos, the other 3 arrived promptly. They are advertised as a set of 4 so no reason given as to why only 1 arrived initially. No damage to the packaging. Only other minor quibble was that the plugs in their boxes had no extra protection in the plastic postal bag. Otherwise okay.

But it is original Gliptone gt11 250ml item distributed by Staingard. The seller told me about it before, when i contacted him before purchase. He is kind person. I recommend this seller. I already use, it is really smells as leather. That is what i wanted. Good luck. Will buy again some other gliptone products.

I ordered on Tuesday night and they were delivered this morning (Thursday) although boxes were in tack I've not opened to check contents as they are presents. Contacted company who were quick to respond. Excellent service throughout who also commented that if there's any problems they would sort out definitely a A* plus from me ty
