  Ordered this 20" Toshiba CRT and I couldn't be happier! It is beautiful and as described! It was packed so well and arrived damage free! I can tell they put a lot of attention and care into the shipping process. The communication with was efficient and helpful!   Quick to ship. Item packed well, but box arrived damaged. Turntable would only eject and not stay in the unit and the head of the cassette deck wasn't attached--both issues happened in transit. Seller made good and refunded shipping. Other features were as described. Very cool piece of audio history I'm happy to own. Would purchase from this seller again! A+

  I had a great experience. The Seller is very kind and patient. It took a little bit to figure out how to ship this to me, and he was great. It was as described, honestly, in better shape than I thought. Also, a good value for how hard it is to find these 16x9 CRT TVs. The packing was great, nothing was damaged in transit.

  This Seller is Top Notch. FedEx mishandled the package causing damage to the item. The Seller was quick to respond. And as quick to make it right. The Seller package the item well.
