The book arrived on time, and the packaging looked perfect, so I was a bit thrown when I opened it to find water damage. No clue what happened, but I suspect it had a little adventure before being repacked. I contacted the seller with photos, and they responded promptly with an apology and a full refund. No excuses, just great customer service. Things happen, but this seller handled it brilliantly. Honest, quick, and classy. I'd happily buy from them again

My experience was positive re the seller, but negative towards the tracking service which claimed it had been delivered on 17 December. That was to the Danish Postal Service and it arrived in my hands earlier this afternoon. The information was so misleading that I received 2 reminders from ebay about not leaving feedback. The item was as described and well packaged. I will now get the chance to read the story about yet another character in the Blaydon Races song and my home town.

Very happy with this purchase. The book was exactly as described, and it was carefully packaged. It arrived promptly and with an incredibly low postage cost, which is especially impressive given that it was posted to Australia from England. If I ever happen to find another book I want that is being sold by this seller, I would be glad to buy it from them.
