    This seller was great to work with, he communicated well, the product arrived in fine shape and as described and the price was fair. The shipping by USPS was horrible. Folks avoid this shipping option, they are expensive and slow and really don't give a dang. If you have an issue, you can't rate them, nor complain. Zero stars for USPS and five stars for the seller.

    A good price for a genuine KMC 12 speed chain. This chain is a nicely plated, and well constructed, like all KMC chains, but is bulk packaged, not in retail packaging. No worries here, I would just throw the packaging away. Even though it is a bulk chain, it comes with a quick link. The algorithm wants me to type more, but this is about all I have to say. Good bye. A+ seller. They ship out super quick, no problems. This is probably the 3rd order I've placed with them over the years.

    The Bikesmiths has always been a bike shop I have trusted to purchase bike related parts from. The quality, condition and prices are always really a good value. Unfortunately, on this order I received the wrong size order, but they were prompt in responding to my return request and assisting me in reordering the correct size. Mistakes happen as we are only human. I look forward to continuing to use The Bikesmiths for my future biking needs.

    The Bikesmither's Store delivered my requested product within a few days. The prompt service was greatly appreciated since I was going out of town and didn't want to worry about a pending package delivery. Topeak bags are very high quality and The Bikesmith's Store offers the best price available. Bravo for excellent service and for providing a good quality product.

    The greatest commication ever . Super helpful. I had a lot of questions they were lighting fast on answering my questions. Part arrived next day! Super fast shipping. (Not like some of those companies that take weeks. And don't return messages). Part was superb a+ no issues. Definitely recommend.
