    For some reason, it took the post office a long time to deliver this item. The seller answered all questions, was patient, and accommodating throughout the process of getting it delivered. Would buy from them again because of that exceptional customer care.

    Purchased item from Seller who took the order and confirmed it. Then sent notice that the order was cancelled and refund issued. The reason given for cancelling order was "issue with buyers shipping address". There is nothing wrong with buyers shipping address as shown on the original order. Inquired to the seller as what the problem was with the Buyers address, but no response was given.

    We don't have any way of knowing what the problem with the address is. We only get a message that a label can't be generated, it doesn't tell us why. Had you not previously sent an ugly message, I would have responded to you!
