  The seller is very responsive and kind. The glasses were exactly as described, but unfortunately didn't match my current set. Therefore, I did have to return them, but I would highly recommend purchasing from this seller.

  I Received the wine glass in a box that wasn't the one pictured with the item. The description did not say that the box wasn't included. The reason I bought the glass was because it came with the box and it was a gift. I contacted the seller and they never responded. The pic was misleading. Seller shouldn't have the box in the pic if it isn't included. Not happy that I was ignored either.

  I have been on vacation from my eBay store for the Thanksgiving holiday. I am sorry that you did not receive the box. It was used as a background because crystal is so hard to photograph. My description was for a Waterford Tall wine w/ Platinum band, and never said it included the box. You could have sent a message asking if the box was included and you did not. I take great pride in caring for my customers and did not feel your feedback was justified. I would appreciate a revision on this
