    Seller was very helpful when shipped package was excessively delayed at a USPS Regional Distribution Center. When received, the package was intact and items had been well protected. Seller, through our communications, discovered my purpose for the flat springs and offered advise and even sent some additional springs that might fit my purpose better, at his own expense. Really glad to have been able to do business with this seller - he went above and beyond! Thanks Terry!

    The shipping was hassle free, package was securely wrapped, the door handle is even more beautiful than described and as far as the door handle definitely worth it. I'm extremely satisfied with the seller, I'm going to keep my eyes open for this sellers other products that may be offering.
