    Item was exactly as described. Seller shipped next morning after purchase to Authenticator and was at my home 5 days later. Seller was quick to respond to questions. I feel I got a great deal for this beautiful watch. I would definitely purchase from seller again.

    The item arrived safe and sound, and I couldn’t be happier. It was a guitar in a hard shell case, wrapped in a kind of heavy duty plastic wrap. The guitar is in mint condition and looks like new, despite being sold as used. It’s a beautiful instrument and there isn’t a mark on it. Everything works fine. My question before making an offer was answered very quickly. Shipping was also prompt and the item arrived when expected. Great transaction, value and seller. Highly recommend!

    Great price for this set, everything came as pictured. Great communication and shipped fast. My only complaint is that the item could've been packaged better, maybe wrapped in bubble wrap, then cardboard and tape to protect it better instead of just plastic. Overall I'm happy, it got here safe.

    Quickly shipped and well packaged. A part was missing and seller immediately apologized and issued a partial refund to cover the cost of the part. The refund was more than what I asked for. I would certainly buy from them again. A++ experience.
