    The item had been shipped but there was no tracking on the item. After several days I asked if it had shipped and they said yes and that u should have received it. Unfortunately the item never showed up. I believe this has something to do with USPS. I was given a full refund upon request. That's the kind of customer service I like. No runaround. Great communication from the seller when i had a question. Thanks for the refund.

    Lousy seller. doesn't communicate. doesn't answer questions. took 5 days to put it in the mail. another 8 days of ground shipping from CA or OR. 13 days to get a set of bike tires from CA to OR....never buy from here.

    Order placed on a Friday before a national holiday. We shipped it on Tuesday. Order was delivered within the estimated delivery window provided at the time of check out. Buyer is exaggerating the timeline, because they are upset that they did not get their tires as fast as they thought they would...even though this is being delivered on time. We answered all messages right away... we are sorry that you are not satisfied, but we do not control the post office.
