  In my ear buying and selling products online, I’ve never experienced customer support this courteous and efficient. I received battery on time with a small blemish needing attention. Contacted company in less than 90 minutes. Had a new FedEx tracking number for another battery.  This company certainly does deserve five stars. We’ll buy from again.

  Purchased two, only shipped one. That battery was poorly packaged. Had to contact seller twice to get a response. Finally shipped my other battery. Never offered an apology. Missed a long distance bike trip because the battery wasn’t shipped. First battery had quite a few scratches on it. Disappointing transaction to say the least. Not customer oriented.

  I had a great experience with this seller. Always quick to reply with clear answers to my questions, on time shipping and the scooter has exceeded my expectations. I had 2 small issues and the seller helped me fix 1 by directing me to adjust the settings and gave me a partial refund to help pay for the 2nd.
