  First of all, the packaging was beyond expectations! Delivery was expedient, good communication and tracking. I was worried about FedEx but they were spot on! It arrived in 2 deliveries which confused me, but no surprise there! With the holidays I haven't set it up yet, but will update with photos when I do!

  Beyond impressed with the printer! We've used it extensively over the past four months during tax season and are so grateful to have found such a reliable refurbisher. I can't give this purchase enough stars!

  This product arrived professionally packaged, and clearly with a lot of care put into it...and the product was as described. We purchased another printer from another seller at the same time, and this one arrived in so much better condition. The packing was as good as the manufacturer's original packaging. We would have no hesitation buying from the seller again.

  I will say that this has been the best sales experience I have had in all my time I have used eBay. The price on the printer was reasonable and the shipping was excellent. I have never had such packing unless I were purchasing a new item directly from the manufacturer. I was shocked to see the care that was taken for the packaging and the printer looked and performed as new printers I have purchased. I will keep this seller on my list for future purchases.
