    Great price and exactly as described, great shipping. Descaler made in USA, filters in China. Came in resealable plastic bag to contain the unused filters, which are also in a separate bag to avoid issues from any spills in shipping. Finding Descaler MSDS was very hard to do ... citric acid and sulfamic acid.

    This item didn't arrive on the date it was scheduled., infact it didn't arrive and was presumed list. Seller contacted and offered a full refund or repurchase. I opted for repurchase at no cost to me. That's excellent customer service. The second purchase arrived as expected, well packaged and as described. Thank you.

    All 12 pods arrived in a sealed bag and look to be in excellent condition! I will be testing them out when it's time to change the filter for my keurig 2.0 brewer. The shipping was fast, the communication was excellent and the price was also Great! A very respectable seller, whom, i would buy from again! 😉👌👍

    I ordered the brown one message the company when i got the wrong one it was the clear one, they said they would ship me the right one I got it and i keep the clear one and got 6 more filter with the new one so thanks to this company working well to make the deal right very happy with them.
