    I ordered several of the Mini Series harmonic gearboxes - 100:1 and 50:1 ratios. They arrived in clean and consistent packaging that was not damaged at all. One note - the product page showed that they had a machined finish on parts of the casing, but they actually came with a hard, clear anodizing - which I prefer. They were super easy to get working with the documentation on the seller's product page. I briefly tested them, and they were very smooth. Great communication overall!!!

    Wonderful seller! I had a problem with a large purchase (shipping problems) and the seller kindly helped me. They responded promptly to messages, even during weekends and late at night (I usually work at night, so it is nice to have quick replies). When we weren't getting any progress with the shipping company, I was offered a full refund. I even got a coupon! TLDR: It's nice to work with a good seller who helps you fix problems.

    The gearbox looks high quality and well built, very cost efficient. Used with NEMA34 motor. Seller shipped quickly, item was well packaged with padding (shown in a different box with no padding in the photo).
