  Items sent quickly, well packaged and in very good condition. Had trouble at first programming the remote, but a short message to the seller had a quick response with suggestions. There are two reset sequences, and the video in the listing is the wrong one for the remote that was sent.   Good item and seller was helpful when we struggled to link it to the garage door motor. It was our issue, not the product and seller provided a video for us to review. Delivery time was a little slow.

  A*** The remotes arrived promptly, were well packaged and as described. Unfortunately they weren’t compatible with our system, but that was not the fault of the seller. I am currently in the process of contacting the seller to check out options.
