    Hello When I received the Thinkpad, unfortunately, it was delivered with the wrong model of adapter. -errare humanum est. Fortunately, I sent a message to Tec-it-Out with the picture of its delivery. Less than 24 hours after I received the right adaptor. Thank you for your reactivity and support I appreciate Paul

    Good. Just as seller said in the description. Thus far, no issues and enjoying it. I wished it had more storage. Packaging was top notch, postage on time and I will say it's value for money thus far. I also hope it will be 6 months down the line.

    I struck gold with tech-it-out. Very fast response time to all my messages. Professional, friendly and polite communications and when I received my ‘good’ on eBay and ‘fair’ on their website laptop I could hardly believe it wasn’t new out-of-the-box, so immaculate is the condition. They even included a helpful getting-started sheet. Profoundly impressed, I would highly recommend tech-it-out for used computers and would definitely come back for my next one. A gem.
