  Package arrived on time and in original packaging. The package was completely destroyed,crushed with open ends. Unit sounds great, exceeding my expectations. I’m a little concerned about the remote, some of the features don’t work like volume control. Still exploring. The seller is good, I don’t know if the packaging issue was carrier or seller .

  I received this item at our shop. Right out of the box i heard a rattle inside of the unit. I contacted the seller and they were very reasonable to deal with. I explained i did not want to put inline and take a chance with doing damage to the rest of my gear, they agreed and refunded my money. I appreciate people who stand behind their product and dont leave you standing in a time of need and thats these guys! I aporeciate them and you will too!

  Heater was dead on arrival. I requested replacement electronics and offered diagnostic data, but was given the run-around. Once I requested a refund, they started offering to replace parts for me. Now they won't refund me upon return to FedEx, despite my clear notice from eBay that I will be refunded when FedEx scans the return. Garbage product. Garbage support. Buy from their competitors - the experience has been very very bad.
