  Great communication, item arrived within the given timeframe and exactly as described - very cute paw sponges, which feel sturdy when washing, and it seems like they will last a long time. Packaging was sufficient for protection in transit without being excessive. Will happily buy from this seller again.

  the seller was excellent and would highly recommend them, the issue was with the deliverer, they were not good, finally got my item on Saturday, there was a knock on the door which made the dog bark, put the chain on and checked the door, the parcel was left on the step and there was no one there, luckily I was in at the time.
