    Through no fault of the seller (it was a USPS screw up), my part did not arrive in the needed time frame. The seller promptly gave me a refund with no hassles and was very understanding to the situation. I would definitely use him again if needed.

    I have been exclusively using this Joico Kpak conditioner for many years. I’m not sure if it is still in Joico’s product lineup, so I really was worried I wasn’t going to find it. I had a question before I ordered and Tavo was very prompt in responding. I received the product in perfect condition ahead of the expected timeframe. I have used the conditioner since receiving it and have no doubt about its authenticity. I was glad to find Tavo’s and their awesome collection of products.

    Brand new! Product was hard to come by as I think it was discontinued. Thankfully this seller had one that was new and packaged well. Good quality. The price was very reasonable and postage too. I will definitely use this seller again.
