  Well packaged and just as described. Good price. The seller was fine but FedEx left it in the lobby of my building. There is a signed posted that says ONLY USPS packages can be left in lobby. ALL other deliveries have to be taken to the apartment.

  Nice fan, quiet and priced right. Light weight compared to the one I replaced. Seller kept in contact when shipment was delayed because of weather. and offered to make it right even though it wasn’t their fault. I declined that offer, just them offering was more than one can expect. Shows they believe in what they sell and committed to doing business right! I will order again from this seller in the future. They won my business!

  Upon receiving it, I seen it was packed nice and tight. Upon opening package, I had found a small crack in one of the corners. I immediately contacted the seller. The seller was very prompt with a reply. After a couple communications, we agreed to a fair reparation. I'd give this seller five stars.

  Great customer service. Fedex hnedad issues getting the correct information through there tracking. I reached out to the seller and they got right back with me and assured me if there was any problems that they would make it right. They tracked the item and let me know the new delivery date. Then they followed up it insure that it was delivered. Nice planter box, easy to assemble. Can't wait to start growing my Veggies this year;)

  I ordered 4 raised beds, when assembling them I realized I was missing 1 corner piece. I contacted the company and spoke with a very friendly and helpful employee, while it took a while I finally received said piece, it had to be shipped all the way from China. I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service, it's a rare thing to be actually listened to and helped these days, and I commend them for it.

  Excellent to buy from, great price, fast shipper, great condition. Appearance looks just like the picture and of great quality. For some reason it just wouldn't fit my truck. Had great communication with seller and was offered a full refund. Awesome seller to deal with, highly recommend to purchase from this seller.
