  Item was not new in box as advertised. I accepted a $200 rebate to account for the obviously not new in the box swimming pool chlorine generator. My order number 06-13074-19884. Got it installed and it does not work. Contacted seller who has placed me on "ignore". I accepted a partial refund for the as he called it, "display unit" that does not mean I accepted totally worthless unusable items.
