  Item was lost in shipping by FedEx. Seller was very fast to responded to messages and start a trace with FedEx. Seller offered to ship a replacement item or issue a refund before FedEx responded. Very happy with result and would definitely buy from again. Thanks!

  original volvo part at a good price. ordered multiple items, parts came in a single package, was still charged full shipping for each individual part. many sellers usually give a discount for combined shipping. guess that's why they can keep the purchase price a little lower.

  A nicely priced original Volvo part in its new/ original container. They shipped it out quickly, in a well-padded box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
