    Second purchase , product very poorly packaged for shipment, should be packaged in a rigid cardboard box. Instead it was packaged in a plastic envelope. The coils were damaged therefore losing about 10feet of material. This company should reevaluate and change their shipping and packaging of products. Shippers are savages. Other than that really good product and excellent service just poor shipping and packaging.

    It's hard to leave a positive review when the Seller did not ship the item in a timely manner, did not respond to requests for information and then issued a full refund with no explanation two weeks after I placed the order. But then this Seller did something exceptional. Two days after issuing the refund, the seller sent what I had ordered. Again, no explanation, but I am taking it to be an silent apology. While I had issues with this transaction, the Seller made it right. Thank you!!!

    I don’t believe this is Velcro brand. There’s nothing that came with it. It said it was Velcro brand. It came by itself in a padded envelope. I measured it and it is 5/8 of an inch wide and not 3/4 of an inch wide. Communication is extremely poor. I sent a message to the seller and got no response. “forever.

    Very good Deal ... Quick and as listed. Mail -- arrivals dates changed 3 times, but this is not on the shipper it on the Post Office. Thank you.
