    They sent us a completely different item without informing me, asked me to keep it at 50% off bc the one I ordered was out of stock but made it right by refunding me and letting me keep the kite, still disappointing that we didn’t get what we ordered and waited so long to find that out :-(

    Purchased and paid on July 6th, wasn't even shipped till July 15th, a full 9 days and it just two states away. Totally unacceptable way to do business. Still haven't received it yet.
