  Very pleased with this purchase. Both postage and packaging were very good and the item was, more or less, as described except the hat was missing but this did not deter from the overall experience. As soon as I contacted the seller, the problem was immediately resolved - excellent seller communication. Overall, I would buy from this seller again. Thanks.

  The seller sent the mug set packaged very well. Unfortunately one mug arrived cracked. I contacted the seller and he was very understanding and offered a refund immediately. However it wasn't the seller's fault so I only wanted a partial refund. Excellent seller would highly recommend this seller.
