Welcome to T&S Models where we offer affordable quality 3d prints of railway prototype inspired models. We are a small enterprise and do not keep items in stock. All items are printed to order. We try to fulfil all orders within 10 days. However, this is not always possible due to other commitments, like the day job, and technical issues.. Your patience will be appreciated on those occasions where we experience delays.

    Item received well packed and in good condition, however, I feel one month between placing order/paying for item and finally receiving it, to be quite a worrying time, especially as there was no communication from seller until the item was being packed for dispatch, (the day after the estimated delivery date). The seller's items appear to be of good quality, judging by my purchase, however, the seller could do more to engage with their customers if such delays are to be commonplace.

    Very quick delivery and very well packaged. The model bogies were received in excellent condition and exactly as described. Very detailed and crisply printed. Very pleased with my purchase. Great value products and service from an excellent seller. Highly recommended.

    Fast D&D. Very secure package. Good communication. Excellent 3D print of Conflat P. Looks a perfect replica. I ordered items on 17 Sept and they were not dispatched until 29 Oct. - 6wks. I suggest that to prevent frustration that the seller clarifies length of printing time, rather then indicating available in the eBay advert. Best wishes in your enterprise. Thanks S
