  The Seller emailed me it's going to take longer than normal to receive it, then they emailed me saying it's been shipped without tracking. After 11 days I filed a complaint thru eBay and received a Refund. Around 15 days or more a FedEx tracking showed up on Order Details but I never received it. I'm a Buyer/Seller, I never leave Negative Feedback just won't buy again from this Seller.

  I can't say enough about the professionalism and patience of TandOne. After a postal system mishap that had me being told the item was delivered when it hadn't been, I asked TandOne what my next step should be. No sooner had they provided the refund (I hadn't even asked for. one..), the item arrived two days later. I'm STILL waiting to hear how I can get the refund back to TandOne - they've EARNED IT!!! Thanks much to TandOne and I'm looking foreward to doing more business with them. dsyl17

  Item was quickly delivered but had leaked in transit. Contacted seller and was taken care promptly. Fast response and great communication - issue resolved. Excellent seller would buy from again
