  I desperately needed apart from this venerable seller as we are in a situation where we did not have water. They shipped that so fast. Absolutely stellar. Highly recommend. Mahalo. Solid packaging. It was exactly as described, and it was a good value.

  Item is described as “New-Open Box” and is FAR from it. It arrived filthy with dirt and hair, and also broken. It also came with no lubricant, which is not mentioned at all in the ad. I do not recommend this seller, primarily for the false advertisement, in its entirety. Nothing was as promised.

  Part was boxed wrong from factory. I got the opposite side as ordered but seller was great and made good on it. I would definitely order from them again. Thank you !

  Product arrived dead and not working. Seller helped troubleshoot and when it couldn’t be fixed arranged for a refund. Customer service above and beyond. Thanks for the help. I wish the radio had worked but appreciate your making it right.
