  Seller was very kind and provided great communication. Item arrived quickly… Some condition issues I’m confident occurred during shipping which I certainly don’t believe to be sellers fault (didn’t even bother them with it as I’m not going to ask for return). Suppose should be expected when shipping a 100+ yr old clock. I appreciate the sellers accurate description and efforts. All the best,

  Seller was missing a piece of the hardware and it did not work. Seller agreed to partial refund and I am happy with that. Good seller. They did not k in the nature of the item. Great packaging
