  OUTSTANDING! Yes, you can tell it's 3-D printed, but from 2' away, it looks like cast and polished aluminum and it looks superb on my microphone (Heil Gold Elite). Communication with Rob was very timely with some emails answered in a few hours. And the flag arrived in less time than expected!
