  All dealings with the seller were positive. The item was sent to the courier promptly and when I received it it was well packaged and secure. However, it took another 6 days to reach me after the given estimated delivery date. The seller kindly intervened otherwise I don't know when it would have reached me. Thank you again for your assistance.

  1st order got lost, had to contact seller. Had a positive outcome, and resent again with a different courier. Lampshade arrived today, within the timescale stated, and in great condition. The look and Quality of the lampshade is worth the value. Photos doesn’t do the justice on here. The description true to the words. the description missed out on the fact you can tilt the shade to enable you to see while reading/seeing etc. And replace shade back up.

  Package arrived severely damaged and seller acted professionally giving full refund. However Parcel Force not only delivered two days late and damaged the package, they also failed to collect the return. Seller was admiral and I cannot praise him enough Highly recommended
