  Delivery times as stated. Item was very well packaged. Item was as described. Unfortunately there were compatibility issues with the item when I attempted to install it which were clearly highlighted by the seller after I contacted them. My return was accepted even a few days outside the return period due to delays in the initial response by the seller due to a very busy sales period at Easter. Considering the above, I would have no hesitation in doing business again with the seller (Tom).

  Excellent service and product perfect condition well packaged and arrived in good time. Excellent communication from seller he could not do enough to help me. Will highly recommend this seller to anybody wanting one of his items.

  I bought this service, duly paid my money and within minutes received a message from Tom with all of the details I needed. I sent off my package and was kept updated all the way through. Once fixed I was told so and that it had shipped. Received the unit back the next day. Refitted back in my van and all working properly. Very happy with this. Very speedy, from my purchase to receiving the fixed unit was only 2 days. Highly recommend.

  5 Starts - excellent Seller, great communication, super speedy service. New screen works a treat. Posted headunit back on monday, Tom had it fixed and returned to me on Wednesday. Highly recommend.
