    By tracking the shipment, I determined that this seller sent the package the next business day after the order, so the seller was not to blame for the delay in the shipment, but rather the post office in Croatia, where the package was stuck for 10 days. As a result, I have revised my rating to positive and I ask the seller to apologize for the inconvenience.

It also shows that it has been in Croatia more than a week without further movement.Please kindly contact the Croatian postal service for more information, as the delay seems to be on their side. I shipped the item promptly after your purchase.Please also note that faster shipping options require an extra charge.
