  Solid rack and fast shipping. It was packaged really well but still came with one of the corners of the top bent. I was able to get it back to shape without chipping paint so all is good

  I bougth this Rack,as it was announced that it was shipped to our location. However, after several days, the seller informed me that it was not. they refunded me all costs.

  Received in 5 boxes that were well packed and protected. Fan controller unit doesn't power on, but the rack doesn't really need it.

  Good price but item is sketch, purchased 2 rack shelves both came with rack ears bent the wrong way, will they work... sure but likely won't hold the weight advertised. The communicator response was the rack ear edge lip does not support the weight. They say photo on ad is outdated. just check out the first photos. inset photo is theirs... main photo is what was delivered. second photo is from their ad. .. Won't be buying from sysracks again. I get what I paid for, I guess.
