  I highly recommend Joe at Syracuse. He is extremely helpful and went out of his way to resolve an ebay issue which prevented me from ordering. Once sorted the dispatch was immediate and item was delivered well within the eta given by Ebay. Every step of the way, Joe was attentive to my order. Will definitely be using again.

  Cap kit is incorrect and incomplete, seller refused to fix. One cap should be bipolar, one was totally missing. I messaged the seller, they called me a liar and refused to remedy the situation claiming they have “never had a problem before”. A quick google search supports everything I said but the seller couldn’t be bothered to check. One of the rudest sellers I’ve ever seen. They overcharged me on shipping too. To add insult to injury, he added religious solicitation literature in my package.
