Quick to respond and ship, willing to negotiate, but even more importantly incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help with the installation process of what he sells. Came with very solid installation instructions, information of how to use it, and even his number if you run into problems (which I did and he quickly resolved).   The floppy disk works as described. Shipped properly for protection. The disk was labeled as shown in description. Happy to pay a reasonable price for the OS. No bents or tampering with the disk itself. The disk looks new and clean on a Verbatim disk. Came with instructions on how to boot from disk and encourages you to make a backup.
