  Great seller. Excellent communication. Shipped fast, there was a problem with Aust post, and seller acted quickly to get a resolution, and had the boots to me the next day, I will be buying from this seller again. Boots are great, very comfortable and were as described. Very happy , thank you

  Product is perfect! Seller was awesome. Aust Post didn't deliver and when I contacted the seller they immediately re-sent with no issues and I received the items promptly the second time around. The two stars for postage only reflects Australia Post's poor delivery effort and is no reflection on the seller.

  I ordered these boots last year. I reordered them this year though my purchase history. I was sent the wrong size this time. Buyer wants me to pay for a return. I closed the return, because I never ordered the size they sent me. Im not paying for the return shipping on a pair of boots that I know I ordered correctly. I ordered 9.5 and was sent 8.5.
