    Unfortunately, the item I received (Aramith Tournament Championship balls) was not the one I ordered (Aramith Tournament Championship Pro Cup balls). The seller was initially apologetic and promised to arrange a return, but no return label was ever sent and communication stopped. The issue had to be resolved by eBay after the seller failed to respond to the case. While I appreciated the initial apology, the lack of follow-through made for a poor experience.

Despite this, we noticed you still chose to leave a negative review. I personally reached out to explain the situation and apologise for the delay in communication, and I did so sincerely.
