  Prompt shipping, and the item arrived intact, very well packaged and wrapped. It looks worn down compared to what can be seen in the picture. Unfortunately, it is not a suitable replacement for my old broken one, as the size does not match, but that's my fault, not the seller's. Dimensions are as described.

  The most over-wrapped package I have come across in quite a while - took me 10 minutes just to get all the packaging cleared away without damaging the item. Would have been fine just to pop it into a poly mailer. That being said, item was just as described and arrived in a timely manner.
