Implies the topper is cut ready for slicing, what I found out is it actually means there is no edge to trim away before adding to cake. Lack of communication and no apologies for miscommunication. Tracking was provided, and I did say if it didn’t arrive by a certain date, I’d offer a refund or replacement. I’m sorry you felt unheard — I’ve followed up to resolve this.
