    Marked as dispatched but didn’t receive for two weeks until I opened a dispute then it arrived 48hrs later. Clearly forgot, poor service & communication extremely poor. Won’t use again.

    Topper arrived on time, wording regarding 'Precut' needs to be looked at. Implies the topper is cut ready for slicing, what I found out is it actually means there is no edge to trim away before adding to cake. Lack of communication and no apologies for miscommunication. Will not buy anything from them again.

    "RYAN" responded with E-Bay determines shipping times, meanwhile I waited a month and still no product / item. Even suggested a replacement be shipped fell upon deaf ears. Bad deal !!

    Sorry to hear this. eBay provides estimated delivery times, but delays can happen with international orders. Tracking was provided, and I did say if it didn’t arrive by a certain date, I’d offer a refund or replacement. I’m sorry you felt unheard — I’ve followed up to resolve this.
