  Tracking did not stay up with actual shipping movement of our trumpet. But i contacted the seller twice when it was showing our package was in the same location for five days, and he answered me right back. Package just arrived, on time, well packaged, and just what we ordered. Excellent seller. Above and beyond.

  The purchasing experience couldn't have been better. The trumpet was well described with detailed photos. I contacted the seller with a question and received a quick reply which I found to be helpful and honest. This allowed me to make my decision to purchase the trumpet. Buying musical instruments is a daunting prospect! but this seller has great vibes which was an important factor. Shipping was fast and the item was very well packed.
