  Thank you for encasing your new and sealed puzzle in a well-padded and sturdy cardboard box just as I had requested of you. Nevertheless, even with your wonderful packing to protect the puzzle from the mails, the mails somehow managed to crush a corner of both the sturdy box and the puzzle. I have no hopes of finding another "Sausalito Ferry" puzzle as perfect as yours again. Thanks again.
