  " Life " hot water bottles are excellent quality, they last well, look and feel good rubber, so glad someone can still supply them. Thank you, Simply Brands Direct, easy ordering, updated communication, quick delivery, all well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, with full paperwork. Great professional company to do business with and value costing as well.

  I can't say anything other than this seller is trustworthy and very professional. I purchased the item and the delivery date was different to the one in the advert. The seller cancelled my bid and refunded my money straight away. I wish more sellers on here were as trustworthy as this seller. Had I not been in such a rush I would have waited the extra couple of days and had the item.

  Seller stated that item was lost in post, though no tracking number given in the 8 days it took to tell me this, and that they no longer have it in stock, which was not true - they had an identical item listed with 3 sold and 2 available, but at a higher price. They gave a refund and cancelled order rather than honour the sale. I will not be buying from them again

  The paper was dispatched an entire week after I placed the order and arrived on the very last day of the delivery window so do not order from here if you need it in a hurry. Package was well packed and arrived in good condition. The paper is ideal for my purpose, just wish it wasn’t quite so expensive. Thank you.

  Excellent value for money, quality product in perfect condition due to good packaging. Prompt delivery at a very competitive rate. My only negative is on my part, I assumed the handles were the same colour as those in the photo, but wasn't mentioned in the description. My bad.
