  This seller is amazing. we had damaged items and they sent us two different shipments because fed ex kept damaging them and they were packaged very secure. You wont be disappointed in this seller!

  Been a challenging order. Package was sent in good faith but FedEx damaged the box and lost some of the pieces included in the boxes. Seller required photos to show what they wanted and resent the whole package. Too bad USPS badly damaged one of the lights badly enough it can't be mounted or used. At least I got my missing pieces.

  AMAZING! I requested it to be shipped quick since I was expecting a shipment of fertile eggs and oh boy did they deliver! It's been 2 days! What great shipping time! I will 100% be a return customer to this shop before I look to any others. This is my 2nd incubator purchas from them. Both arived fast in great condition. Highly-recomend!
