It was well packaged in a box labeled as refurnished and has clear instructions regarding return including statement that the seller will be happy if the buyer is happy!   Shipping was fantastically fast. The item was exactly as described the phone was in really good shape, however when I took it to get it activated they said they couldn't do it. I do not blame the seller for this I blame T-Mobile for not knowing what the heck they were doing. Very helpful great communication this is someone that I would purchase from again. And I did. I ordered a different phone.

  Great seller. Item as described & explained by message. Front glass is natural color. Initially battery charging took unusually long or often halted, but it seems to to have been Apple's issue. Shipment was very fast, but delivery was extremely slow (the cost was more than DHL's but took so long as sea mail), and arrived lather than the latest ETA due to eBay International Shipping system. Will buy from this seller again.

  Very happy with my phone, it arrived in near pristine conditions. The phone had a temporary screen protector as to help protect the screen during transit. The only issue I had was that the box it was shipped in wasn't as secure as you would expect a high value item to be. No bubble wrap whatsoever. Overall great experience, and I'm loving the phone thus far. The listing was for an excellent condition phone, and that's what I received. I am including shipping photos as I received the unit.
